Right to cure / redeem in Kentucky

Applies only in Kentucky cities and counties that have adopted the Uniform Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (KRS 383.500). After a 14-day lease-violation notice, the lease does not terminate if the tenant fixes a remediable breach before the date in the notice. Statute text: "If the breach is remediable by repairs or the payment of damages or otherwise and the tenant adequately remedies the breach before the date specified in the notice, the rental agreement shall not terminate" (KRS 383.660(1)).
