Property manager licensing in Indiana

In Indiana, no one may, for consideration, lease, rent or manage real estate without a real estate broker license, unless an exemption applies (for example, an owner's own unlicensed employee for the owner's property). Statute text: "sell, buy, trade, exchange, option, lease, rent, manage, list, or appraise real estate or negotiate or offer to perform any of those acts in Indiana or with respect to real estate situated in Indiana, without a license" (Ind. Code § 25-34.1-3-2(a)).
