Manufactured / mobile home parks in Florida

Under Florida's Mobile Home Act, a park owner must give each affected mobile home owner (and the homeowners' association board, if any) written notice at least 90 days before any lot rent increase, cut in services or utilities, or change in park rules. The home owner cannot waive the 90-day notice. Statute text: "A park owner shall give written notice to each affected mobile home owner and the board of directors of the homeowners’ association, if one has been formed, at least 90 days before any increase in lot rental amount or reduction in services or utilities provided by the park owner or change in rules and regulations." (Fla. Stat. § 723.037(1) (2025)).
