The state landlord-tenant statute (25 Del. C. chs. 51, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 59 (Residential Landlord-Tenant Code), read in full on 2026-10-16) has no provision on a general just-cause (good-cause) requirement for ending a tenancy. Local ordinances or other state or federal laws may still apply.
