Domestic violence early termination in Delaware

A tenant who is a victim of domestic abuse, sexual offenses or stalking, or who has obtained or is seeking relief from domestic violence, may end the tenancy on 30 days' written notice starting the first of the next month. Code text: "Upon 30 days’ written notice, which 30-day period shall begin on the first day of the month following the day of actual notice, the tenancy may be terminated."
