Manufactured / mobile home parks in Connecticut

In Connecticut, a mobile manufactured home park owner can end the rental agreement of a resident who owns the home, or bring an eviction, only for listed reasons: nonpayment of rent or charges, material health-and-safety or rule violations, refusing a properly noticed rent increase, or a change in land use. A change in land use requires at least 545 days' written notice. Statute text: "an owner may terminate a rental agreement or maintain a summary process action against a resident who owns a mobile manufactured home only for one or more of the following reasons" (Conn. Gen. Stat. § 21-80(b)(1)).
