What happens to the lease when a tenant dies in Arizona?

A landlord may ask the tenant to name a person authorized to retrieve and store the tenant's property (including animals) if the tenant dies or is incapacitated. If that person can't be reached or doesn't respond within 1 day for an animal or 10 days for other property, the landlord may follow the abandoned-property rules.
