Short-term rentals (Airbnb)
Yes. Short-term rentals are regulated as "tourist homes". Tourist home registration is required for every tourist home and must be renewed annually; in residential (R) districts the applicant must first notify neighbors one parcel deep. No individual may register more than two tourist homes in residential districts, and the City revokes the registration for one year after three violations within 12 months.
