Wisconsin Rent increase notice
How much notice does a landlord need to give to raise the rent in Wisconsin?
No state law limits the amount of an increase. A month-to-month tenancy can be ended with written notice at least 28 days before the next rent due date (Wis. Stat. § 704.19(3)). The DATCP fact sheet gives no separate rent-increase notice period.
