What can a landlord do with property a tenant leaves behind in Vermont?

Property left in an abandoned unit (other than trash) must be stored somewhere safe and dry. The landlord must mail notice of intent to dispose of it after 60 days; the tenant may reclaim it within 60 days by describing it and paying reasonable storage costs.
