Rhode Island Required lease disclosures
What disclosures must a landlord give tenants in Rhode Island?
At or before the start of the tenancy, the landlord must disclose in writing the name, address and number of the manager and owner (or owner's agent). The lease must list fees beyond rent next to the rent, state which utilities are included, and state any renters-insurance requirement (in writing if there is no lease).
