Eviction record sealing in North Dakota

A tenant evicted for nonpayment or damage who has resolved all rent and damage claims may move to seal the eviction records seven years after the order was satisfied, if not evicted again in that time. A domestic-violence victim evicted because of the incident may move to seal once the abuser is convicted or a protection order is issued.
