Domestic violence early termination in North Dakota

A tenant who is a domestic violence victim, or fears imminent domestic violence, may end the lease without penalty by delivering advance written notice stating the termination date. Code text: "may terminate a lease agreement, as provided in this section, without penalty or liability."
