Eviction notices for other grounds (lease violation, no-fault) in New Hampshire

For residential tenancies, a 30-day eviction notice is enough in all cases, and 7 days is enough for certain reasons listed in RSA 540:2, II. The notice must state the reason specifically. Code text: "For all residential tenancies, 30 days' notice shall be sufficient in all cases; provided, however, that 7 days' notice shall be sufficient if the reason for the termination is as set forth in RSA 540:2, II(a), (b), (d), or (h)."
