Right to cure / redeem in Nevada

In Nevada, before evicting for breaking a lease term (other than nonpayment and the other grounds in NRS 40.250 to 40.254), the landlord must serve a written notice to perform the term or surrender, and the tenant has 5 days after service to cure. Statute text: "requiring in the alternative the performance of the condition or covenant or the surrender of the real property, dwelling unit, recreational vehicle or mobile home" (NRS 40.2516(1)).
