Eviction notices for other grounds (lease violation, no-fault) in Missouri

In Missouri, if a tenant violates a condition of a written lease, assigns or transfers the lease without the landlord's written consent, commits waste, or allows illegal uses such as gambling or the illegal possession, sale or distribution of controlled substances on the premises, the landlord can give 10 days' notice to vacate and then recover possession through the legal process. Statute text: "after giving ten days' notice to vacate the premises, shall have a right to reenter the premises and take possession of the premises" (RSMo §§ 441.020, 441.030, 441.040).
