SCRA / military lease termination in Louisiana

An active or reserve service member (or spouse) may end a residential lease for listed reasons, such as PCS orders 35 or more miles away, temporary duty over three months 35 or more miles away, discharge or orders into government quarters. Code text: "may terminate their residential lease agreement, pursuant to Subsection B of this Section, if any of the following occur."
