Can a tenant break a lease early for domestic violence or military service in Georgia?

Family violence or stalking: a tenant protected (with their minor children) by a civil or criminal family violence or stalking order may end the lease with 30 days' notice and a copy of the order. Servicemembers may terminate under the federal SCRA (for monthly rent, effective 30 days after the next rent due date).
