How much can a landlord charge for a rental application fee in Arizona?

A search of the full text of the Arizona Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (A.R.S. §§ 33-1301 to 33-1381) found no application-fee cap. The landlord must state the purpose of any nonrefundable fee in writing, and any fee not designated nonrefundable is refundable.
